RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every piece.

At Eleven, we hold our products to the same standard as the experiences we create, exceptional in every detail. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at shop@elevenexperience.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds, less the cost of return shipping, will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Just note your preference when you contact us and we'll reserve the item while your return is in transit.

Final Sale Items: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
