Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Domestic US shipping and Canada only; we do not ship internationally.  

Order Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at shop@elevenexperience.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Eleven is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management, then contact your local carrier. If a package is lost in transit (not yet showing delivery), reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
